Case
This product is specially developed to heat and circulate PG25 in liquid cooling systems
during the TIM Settling process stage of the GB200 L10 production line.
The exclusively designed constant temperature tank heats PG25 to 65°C (±1°C) and performs
heat exchange with L10 products in the rack, effectively preheating, melting, and dispersing
the phase change material between the cold plate and chip to ensure proper thermal
conduction and heat dissipation during functional testing
Primary Configuration:
This is a newly added process positioned between the "Liquid Filling" and "Functional Testing"
stages in the GB200 L10 product liquid cooling manufacturing line.
Accessories:
Supplied with a 5-meter power cable with L6 30P plug and 2 units of 1-inch FD83
